Apply to UBMS
Upward Bound Sonoma County (UBSC), Upward Bound North (UBN), Upward Bound Piner (UBP) and Upward Bound Math & Science (UBMS) primarily target 8th grade students; however, our programs may accept other grade levels pending available space. Our Upward Bound Piner (UBP) program only serves Piner High School, whereas our other programs serve county-wide school sites.
The application process includes completing a student application, submitting two recommendation forms, income verification, a school transcript, and participating in a student-parent interview. You can begin the application process below by locating the school you plan to attend Fall 2026, then select the program you wish to apply to that serves that school. Some schools may have more than one program you can apply to.
