Upward Bound Sonoma County (UBSC), Upward Bound North (UBN), Upward Bound Piner (UBP) and Upward Bound Math & Science (UBMS) primarily target 8th grade students; however, respective programs may accept other grade levels pending available space.
Our application process is closed but you can check back in October when we will begin our recruitment for 2024-2025 school year.
