Apply to UBU
Upward Bound Upper Lake (UBU) will primarily target 8th grade students at Middletown High School this year.
The application process includes completing a student application, submitting two recommendation forms, income verification, a school transcript, and participating in a student-parent interview. Below are the first set of forms for you to submit.
Our application will remain open until we meet our participant numbers for the 2026-2027 school year.
